This is a full size life casting created by the artist to signify the the suffering of women throughout the ages. The model used was Jill. The artist cast her from behind all in one piece. The wind rippling rope was create using resin to on a canvas cloth. The body casting techniques consisted of ArtMolds FiberGel alginate support by ArtMolds POP Art Bandges. The casting was done using CastRite Casting Stone this very hard gypsum material allowed the capture of every detail to include the pores of the skin.
