MoldGel Sloset has been mixed with warm water and is ready to be applied. One pound is sufficient since MoldGel goes much further and with greater coverage than other prosthetic grade alginates. The model has applied MoldEZ, a water soluble release cream, to her pubic region to prevent hair from being trapped in the MoldGel. She has put her hair up and wears a shower cap as the casting will include part of her face up to her nose. The MoldGel could splatter in her hair since it will follow the hair line. She was asked to smile broadly as the MoldGel will cover her lips and teeth. Notice that the model stand has straps for the model to hold so that the arms can be posed without fatigue.
