The claim, "I request
no payment nor attempt to claim credit, therefore I can scan and
distribute whatever image I want!" can be compared to finding an
unlocked door in a home in your neighborhood, going in, taking the
microwave and then donating it anonymously to a local charity. If you do
not own the copyrights to an image, you have no right to copy and
distribute it!
It is illegal for anyone
to violate any of the rights provided by the Act to the owner of
copyright.
Terms and Conditions
of Use
ArtMolds.com and Life-casting.com is a service for life casting content,
discussion forums, chat rooms, personal web spaces, sales of life casting
sculpture and is owned and operated by ArtMolds Sculpture Studios (herein
referred to as ArtMolds). Acceptance of these terms and conditions is
automatic based on the use of any ArtMolds service by the User.
Indemnification
By using the ArtMolds service, the user agrees to indemnify and hold
ArtMolds, its affiliates, partners and advertisers for any loss,
liability, and damage arising from or in connection with the contents of
any of the ArtMolds services.
Although our staff will make its best
efforts to keep the ArtMolds service available at all times, ArtMolds
makes no warranty as to system availability and uptime. ArtMolds also
cannot be held accountable for any loss of data resulting from system and
network outages, file corruption, deletion or cancellation of services, or
any other reasons.
