WHAT'S NEW

What is new at the Association of Lifecasters International? Everything. That is because the Association itself is new. It was recently formed to promote excellence in lifecasting.

1. Membership
Membership is open to all fine art lifecasters as well as suppliers and those interested in lifecasting. There are categories for everyone associated with this intriguing and ancient art. Just click on the membership button. At present it is free to join.

2. Hall of Fame
ALI has established the Lifecasters' Hall of Fame to show case those individuals that have most influenced the art of lifecasting. The Board has selected three important charter members, John DeAndrea, George Segal and Duane Hanson. Make sure you visit the Hall of Fame (temporarily hosted by ArtMolds Sculpture Studio) to see a complete retrospective of their amazing works of art.

3. ALI AWARDS Each September the Board will nominate lifecasting candidates who will be eligible to receive lifecasting's original award for excellence. More about this as the time grows closer. Members are urged to submit their recommendations for the Board to consider.
